About the Role:NextSkillEdge is hiring experienced Academic Counsellors with a strong track record in guiding professionals into Doctorate -level programs. You will manage inbound leads, outbound lead, conduct career-based consultations, and ensure high conversion of serious inquiries into successful enrolments.Key Responsibilities:* Engage with professionals and senior learners exploring Doctorate programs.* Understand their academic goals, work background, and career vision to offer the right program fit.* Conduct need-based counselling sessions, often over multiple touchpoints.* Drive enrolment by managing objections and building trust through domain expertise.* Track interactions and progress using CRM tools and provide weekly reports.* Meet or exceed monthly conversion and revenue targets.Requirements:* Minimum 2 years of counselling experience, specifically in selling Doctorate or postgraduate programs.* Familiarity with application procedures, accreditation, and online Doctorate offerings.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Consultative selling approach and strong interpersonal skills.* Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred.Preferred Background:* Experience with universities or edtech companies offering PhD/DBA/EdD or Executive programs.* Experience handling HNI clients or senior working professionals.Perks & Benefits:* High incentive structure aligned with high-ticket product sales.* Opportunity to grow into a Team Lead or Program Manager role.* Remote flexibility and modern digital workspace tools.Interested candidates can apply directly can drop their CV at hr@nextskilledge.com or connect @ +91 76783 88419.
