Communicate with Project leaders, Suppliers and Production engineers to design the cleaning /washing machine to get best practical and t the same time economical. Design of machines based on specification provided by customers. Develops design drawings to fulfil technical objectives as per customer requirements and design specifications. Design of plastic, rubber, and sheet metal parts. Coordinate with engineers to meet or exceed the design aspects. Product design based on design for manufacture/design for assembly Able to deliver on time while doing it right the first time and every time.Technical Competence & Skills: Understanding of industry design standards for dimensioning and tolerancing. GD&T will be a plus point. Selection of Gearbox, induction motor, Servo motor, Stepper Motor, Ball screw, Lead Screw, Bearings, Pneumatic parts. Coordination with electrical design team for electric component selection Preparation of project related documents for handover manuals. DAP approval from client. 1. Assembling parts2. Ensure that all components should be assembled correctly3. Identifying defects or problems to be repaired by hand or by machined tools (equipment)4. Using proper techniques for the job site; performs minor repairs on equipment as needed5. Maintains accurate records regarding work performed at each stage of production 6. Works closely with other technicians to ensure quality control is maintained throughout the manufacturing process 7. Interpreting technical documents, such as diagrams, schematics, blueprints, or other verbal or written instructions8. Keeping a clean and tidy workspace9. Meeting all safety requirements of the company and industry 10. Identifying any defective items and handling them according to established procedures

Candidate should know about Panel wiring,Should know about Installation of Electrical as well as NCB, Contractors, Relay, PLC Wiring, Field Wiring

Candidate should have experience about Client handling, Knowledge about India Mart portal, must have experience about quotation preparation

Candidate should follow all instruction given by supervisor,

Candidate should work between 1 mm to 20 mm thickness of sheet, Must have experience on Argon/ TIG welding

Candidate must have minimum 3 yrs experience as design engineerSolid edge is mandatory for this roleSheet metal experience is also mandatory

Company is in to manufacturing of Special Purpose Machines, heavy industrial washing machine, so candidate should have experience on all type of fabrication work and experience in fitter as well Candidate Must have experience in Sheet metal

Machine Assembly, candidate should know atleast arc welding (stich)
