key accountabilities:

carry out product management activities for industrial cleaning solutions.

communicate with project leaders, suppliers and production engineers to design the cleaning /washing machine to get best practical and t the same time economical.

design of machines based on specification provided by customers.

develops design drawings to fulfil technical objectives as per customer requirements and design specifications.

design of plastic, rubber, and sheet metal parts.

coordinate with engineers to meet or exceed the design aspects.

product design based on design for manufacture/design for assembly

able to deliver on time while doing it right the first time and every time.

technical competence & skills:

understanding of industry design standards for dimensioning and tolerancing. gd&t will be a plus point.

selection of gearbox, induction motor, servo motor, stepper motor, ball screw, lead screw, bearings, pneumatic parts.

coordination with electrical design team for electric component selection

preparation of project related documents for handover manuals.

dap approval from client.

knowledge of sheet metal pressing & fabrication process

ability to communicate.
