Roles & Responsibilities of RSM/ASM for consumer division:We would like the RSM/ASM to visit our HO based at Ahmedabad and come prepared with a detailed Sales & Distribution plan comprising of the following:- Area wise, SO wise, Distributor wise, SKU wise sales (excluding GST) for the 1st quarter.- We expect a minimum sale of Rs.20,000,00/-Monthly. (Excluding GST)- By the end of 1st quarter, you may add a team of 4-5 SOs handling different territories based on volume and area coverage.- Please note that the cost to sales ratio (total salary & expenses) for the said period should be between 8% to 10%.- Also please plan an incentive structure for your team with cost to sales of 1.25% for SO/BDE & 0.75% for ASM/RSM. On achieving quarterly target and then it will be base target for next quarter. The quarterly growth is expected 15% rise.- Please note that achievement of 80% of the SKU wise sales target is must for availing any incentives.- The deficit SKU wise sales target of a particular month will be added to the subsequent month sales target. If anyone misses a particular month sales target, he can cover the deficit sales target in consequent month to qualify for the quarterly sales target.- Also, as per your superior has indicate you. You are responsible to fulfill that requirement.
