Maintaining regular contact with candidates(Crew) to check their availability and answer any initial questions they may have about the Rank & Profile Seek out talent across a variety of online platforms, (Seafarer Job Portals) Find the right applicant for each Rank(position)/Place. Counseling the Crew. Play a key role to source new candidates from Seafarer (Shipping)Portals. Contact the candidates and conduct initial screening, carrying out pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation, identify current Ranks, their salary expectations, etc. Processing company/candidate and client data and making sure that the candidates and clients always receive a professional and comprehensive recruitment service.
