• Using CV / candidate databases to find suitable candidates, Calling, Screening potential candidates before recruiting them for the live vacancies.
• Calling candidates / applicants to screen them for suitability to the Ranks. (current or upcoming)
• Conducting telephonic preliminary interviews.
• Maintaining regular contact with candidates(Crew) to check their availability and answer any initial questions they may have about the Rank & Profile
• Seek out talent across a variety of online platforms, (Seafarer Job Portals)
• Find the right applicant for each Rank(position)/Place.
• Counseling the Crew.
• Play a key role to source new candidates from Seafarer (Shipping)Portals.
• Contact the candidates and conduct initial screening, carrying out pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation, identify current Ranks, their salary expectations, etc.
• Processing company/candidate and client data and making sure that the candidates and clients always receive a professional and comprehensive recruitment service.
