They must be able to simplify complex herb-drug interactions for practitioners.Doctor & HCP EngagementProduct Detailing: Visiting 1012 Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) daily to present product benefits, scientific literature, and clinical studies.Prescription Generation: Converting doctors to start prescribing your Ayurvedic capsules or supplements.KOL Management: Identifying Key Opinion Leaders (senior doctors) in the territory to gain brand endorsements.Channel & Retail ManagementChemist Visits: Visiting 45 retail chemists daily to ensure your products are stocked (Stock Audit).Stockist Coordination: Coordinating with local distributors to ensure there are no Stock-Outs when a prescription arrives.Secondary Sales: Booking orders directly from chemists to be fulfilled by the distributor.Feedback Loop: Collecting patient/doctor feedback on product efficacy or packaging and reporting it to the startups R&D team.Daily Call Reporting (DCR): Submitting daily reports via the company portal/app.Sample Management: Tracking the distribution of free samples and promotional LBLs (Leave Behind Leaflets) to ensure they reach the right hands.
