Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer with hands-on experience in Siemens controls (808D) to join our engineering team. The role involves creating and optimizing CNC programs for precision machining components using turning centers, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and quality.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and edit CNC programs using Siemens G-codeInterpret engineering drawings and 3D modelsSet up CNC machines and define tool paths, work offsetsPerform trial runs and optimize cycle timesCollaborate with production and quality teamsMaintain tool lists, documentation, and process sheetsRequirementsExperience with Siemens-controlled CNC machines (turning)Strong knowledge of G-code, machining principles, and toolingAbility to read technical drawings (GD&T knowledge preferred)Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plusGood problem-solving and communication skills
