We are looking for a diligent and reliable Factory Helper to assist in our daily factory operations. This is a full-time position located in Kandivali East, ideal for candidates with little to no experience.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Material Handling**: Assist in moving raw materials and finished products within the factory. This maintains an organized workflow and ensures timely production.- **Cleaning Duties**: Keep the work area clean and organized. A tidy workspace is essential for safety and efficiency in factory operations.- **Machine Support**: Help machine operators with basic tasks. This may involve loading materials into machines or cleaning equipment after use.- **Production Line Assistance**: Support production line activities by performing simple tasks as instructed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the production process.- **Inventory Checks**: Assist in inventory management by counting and reporting materials or products, helping ensure stock levels are maintained.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- Candidates should have completed at least their 10th grade education. - We seek individuals with a strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks accurately.- Basic understanding of factory operations is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided.- Must be physically fit to perform tasks that require lifting and moving heavy objects.- Good communication skills will help in working effectively with team members and supervisors.- A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks is essential for success in this role.
