Hiring Fresher - Factory Worker - Mumbai

We are looking for a diligent and reliable Factory Helper to assist in our daily factory operations. This is a full-time position located in Kandivali East, ideal for candidates with little to no experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Material Handling: Assist in moving raw materials and finished products within the factory. This maintains an organized workflow and ensures timely production.

- Cleaning Duties: Keep the work area clean and organized. A tidy workspace is essential for safety and efficiency in factory operations.

- Machine Support: Help machine operators with basic tasks. This may involve loading materials into machines or cleaning equipment after use.

- Production Line Assistance: Support production line activities by performing simple tasks as instructed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the production process.

- Inventory Checks: Assist in inventory management by counting and reporting materials or products, helping ensure stock levels are maintained.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Candidates should have completed at least their 10th grade education.

- We seek individuals with a strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks accurately.

- Basic understanding of factory operations is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided.

- Must be physically fit to perform tasks that require lifting and moving heavy objects.
