Music Pandit offers both LIVE one-to-one classes AND Online pre-recorded courses (self-paced) for all types of learners. Music Pandit offers LIVE classes for children from 6+ years onwards and for adults. Responsibilities: Teach individual and/or group of all ages Ensure lesson planning and delivery as per curriculum Send daily reports and updates on classes as per guidelines Prepare pupils for performances and examinations Assessment and Review for studentsMinimum working hours - 16 hours/week and in that at least either Saturday or Sunday for 4 hours.Experience: Minimum 1+ Years of Teaching experience is preferred.Qualifications: Any Graduate with Relevant Certification - Certification shall be relevant to what you are applying for minimum Grade 3 and above from reputed organisation (such as Trinity, Rockschool, ABRSM, LCM). Have Practical and Theoretical knowledge of subject.Skill: Good Written and Verbal communication, Basic knowledge of Keyboard and Piano is required.Must Have for Online Teaching: Passion for teaching music to kids & Adults, Own Musical Instruments, Broadband or WIFI Connectivity, Laptop with good webcam, Camera friendly, power backup.Mode of Interview: Online

Answering queries of old and new customers as per script and company terms. Setting up trial classes for customers with teachers as per time convenience. Managing teacher schedules and coordinating with customer schedule. Coordinating new payments and renewal payments of customers. Handling customer complaints and managing expectations of customers. Teacher coordination, teacher scheduling, class attendanceRequirements Bachelors degree in any field or High school diploma. Minimum 1+ years of work experience as a Telesales Executive, Telesales Representative, or a admin job position in the Sales department. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Outstanding ability to follow scripts. Pleasant and customer-oriented individual. Ability to handle multiple tasks. Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
