To increase Sales through the identification for the fresh and export market To spent maximum time in field/on clients site for inspection. To develop a detailed database of potential new Customer/Clients/Dealers for the business Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns To Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; To Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services To Plan & implement an annual marketing plan, regularly update the management on progress To Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections To organize and co-ordinate all promotional activities, Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences To analyse and feedback of sales performance To gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams To research new market opportunities To maintain comprehensive record and analysis on all marketing activities To maintain awareness on market development, Promotion, Material & Technology etc. Minimum 70% of the time should be spent in field
