• to increase sales through the identification for the fresh and export market
• to spent maximum time in field/on clients site for inspection.
• to develop a detailed database of potential new customer/clients/dealers for the business
• setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
• to maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
• to prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• to plan & implement an annual marketing plan, regularly update the management on progress
• to negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• to organize and co-ordinate all promotional activities, participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• to analyse and feedback of sales performance
• to gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• to research new market opportunities
• to maintain comprehensive record and analysis on all marketing activities
• to maintain awareness on market development, promotion, material & technology etc.
• minimum 70% of the time should be spent in field
