To Monitor their ADL, clinical Symptoms, Dining and Medicine Time6. Daily attending the dining activity7. Giving counselling for eligible residents8. Conducting group session and group activity with support of social workers staff nurse and caretakers9. Monitering the rersidents morning activities and vocational activites 10. Conducting family session in psycho education to families11. Coordinating visit of Psychiatrist, Medical officer, Physio theraphy, Occupational theraphy, Yoga theraphy12. Placement for residents consultation with family, placement officer and director programs.13. Demand follow up/ arrear with Local Government bodies14.
