1. Rescue the beneficiaries

2. Follow the Admission formalities as prescribed by Government and update the Master Record and Create the Separate case file for the Beneficiary

3. Planning interventions and Goal Setting for the individual Rehabilitation for Respective Beneficiary

4. Monthly MSE (Mental status examination) updation as per the schedule

5. To Monitor their ADL, clinical Symptoms, Dining and Medicine Time

6. Daily attending the dining activity

7. Giving counselling for eligible residents

8. Conducting group session and group activity with support of social workers staff nurse and caretakers

9. Monitering the rersidents morning activities and vocational activites

10. Conducting family session in psycho education to families

11. Coordinating visit of Psychiatrist, Medical officer, Physio theraphy, Occupational theraphy, Yoga theraphy

12. Placement for residents consultation with family, placement officer and director programs.

13. Demand follow up/ arrear with Local Government bodies

14. Discharge process follow up/after discharge follow-up accounts procedure close/ home visit etc
