Roles & Responsibilities Partner with different functions in the organization - Milk Procurement, Quality, FIS (Farm Improvement Services team), Sales, and others to execute identified initiatives - Like,- Milk procurement increase program-Increasing productivity of the cattle - Via intervention of FIS team-Increase cattle count per farm/Overall Take lead in the execution of multiple projects/Initiatives, Ex - Growth/Expansion, Cost optimization, SOP adherence, etc. Define metrics and create dashboards/reports to understand how the program/initiative is progressing. Support in long-term strategic planning, annual business planning, and reviews of the business on a regular basis. Enable other subsidiaries of Stellapps in achieving their goals - Increasing Financial products (Loans, Insurance, etc), -Nutritional products (Cattle feed & Other nutritional products) penetration in mooMark farmers Qualifications: MBA degree from IRMA/DMI Patna or other Agri/dairy-related institutes3-4 years of relevant work experience working with cross-functional programs in a startup/fast-paced environment. Self-starter and should have a high degree of ownership. Should be able to work with minimal supervision. Proficient in Excel and Data Analysis Proven project management and problem-solving skills Strong stakeholder management- You will be working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to implement the programs successfully.
