roles & responsibilities

- partner with different functions in the organization - milk procurement, quality, fis (farm improvement services team), sales, and others to execute identified initiatives - like,

- milk procurement increase program

-increasing productivity of the cattle - via intervention of fis team

-increase cattle count per farm/overall

- take lead in the execution of multiple projects/initiatives, ex - growth/expansion, cost optimization, sop adherence, etc.

- define metrics and create dashboards/reports to understand how the program/initiative is progressing.

- support in long-term strategic planning, annual business planning, and reviews of the business on a regular basis.

- enable other subsidiaries of stellapps in achieving their goals

- increasing financial products (loans, insurance, etc),

-nutritional products (cattle feed & other nutritional products) penetration in moomark farmers

qualifications:

- mba degree from irma/dmi patna or other agri/dairy-related institutes

3-4 years of relevant work experience working with cross-functional programs in a startup/fast-paced environment.

- self-starter and should have a high degree of ownership. should be able to work with minimal supervision.

- proficient in excel and data analysis

- proven project management and problem-solving skills

- strong stakeholder management- you will be working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to implement the programs successfully.
