Provide study information, admission requirements, and visa process. Do profile assessments of interested students and give course options by short-listing Universities matching their profiles. Communicate with the target audience and manage the customer relationship. Effective & regular follow-up with students using different channels of communication. Guide students through resolving queries on a quick and urgent basis. Responsible for maintaining and updating the student database regularly.
