Proven experience as a chef specializing in Kerala cuisine.Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.Excellent understanding of Kerala spices, ingredients, and cooking methods.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
