*Job Description* : *Sales Executive (Genset/DG Set)**Key Responsibilities**Lead Generation & Sales* : Identify new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.*Customer Relationship Management* : Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.*Technical Consultation* : Conduct site visits, assess power needs, and offer technical solutions (product selection).*Target Achievement* : Meet or exceed monthly/annual sales volume and revenue targets set by management.*Deal Negotiation* : Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to close sales, ensuring positive gross margins.*Market Analysis* : Keep up-to-date with competitor activities and industry trends, generating regular reports.*Coordination* : Collaborate with technical, service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation. *Required Qualifications & Skills**Experience* : 1-5 years of experience or more in sales, preferably within the DG Set, electrical, or industrial product industry.*Education* : Bachelor
