Ideating and creating 2D/ 3D formats of themes, structural design, and sets. Should be able to decode the brief and design as per the client's needs and feedback. Work individually or in collaboration with the team to create effective communication Knowledge of operating software like Photoshop, Coral Draw, Adobe Illustrator for 2D and 3D max, Autocad etc. Detail-oriented, well organized and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environmentTo design Stage design & Layout, Branding and other communications for events & exhibitions. deliver creative designs & meet deadlines. Work closely with the team on client briefs. o Should have a fair knowledge of print and related technology. Approach vendors and find the best (quality and cost effective solution) according to the budget.Generate new options & ideas and increase profitability by giving best costs.*Co-ordinate with the creative team.*Maintaining internal and external coordination.*Vendor Management & Venue Management.*Planning & Preparation of event / activity*Manage the Event / Activity, Maintain the execution and ensure its smooth flow without any hurdles.*Always target on maintaining a good standard of production within given deadlines.*Meet deadlines of activation cost, timings, reportings and closures.*Maintain And Develop Database of Vendors and Suppliers PAN India and for smooth functioning for hectic and urgent requirements.*Keep yourself updated with new technologies, anchors, stand ups, singers, special acts, motivational speakers etc.*Keep an open and clear communication with the team as well as with the Operations Senior Manager so as to avoid any miss-communication and to get an immediate solution to the foreseen problem.*Responsible for materials received from the client during the activation / events and see to it that underutilized materials are sent back to the client. Keep a record of the same.*Preparing for post event deliverables such as make copies of Photographs and deliver it to client within a week of the event.*Keep an open and clear communication with the CS, Creative and accounts team. Similarly, keep the terms of payment clear with vendors.
