Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy & Planning:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.2. Team Management:Recruit, train, and manage the sales team.Motivate team members and set performance targets.Monitor and evaluate team performance regularly.3. Client Relationship Management:build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.Resolve customer complaints and ensure client satisfaction.4. Market Research & Analysis:Analyze market trends and competitor activities.Identify new business opportunities and target markets.5. Sales Reporting:Prepare regular sales reports and present to senior management.Track individual and team sales performance.6. Budgeting and Cost Control:Manage the sales department budget effectively.Ensure cost efficiency in sales operations.7. Product Knowledge:Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments.Provide guidance and support to the team on product-related queries.8. Collaboration:Coordinate with marketing and product teams for promotional strategies.Work closely with other departments for smooth operations.
