We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products or services and drive business growth. Ltd.IT Healthcare SolutionsResponsibilities:Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, and utilize the findings to refine marketing strategies.Create compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns, to engage target audiences.Manage and maintain social media platforms, actively monitor social media trends, and engage with followers to enhance brand visibility and reputation.Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, banners, videos, and advertisements.Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide recommendations for optimization.Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead generation and conversion.Coordinate and attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to represent the company and network with industry professionals.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing tools and techniques.Work closely with internal teams, including product management and design, to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer-centric marketing initiatives.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.Responsibilities:Develop and design visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for a range of media, including print, web, and social media.Create and produce digital and print materials, including logos, brochures, infographics, presentations, and other marketing materials.Collaborate with clients, creative directors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that meet their needs.Use a range of design software and tools, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, to create designs that are visually appealing and effective.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and make recommendations for how to incorporate them into design projects.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio of work that demonstrates a range of design skills and expertise.Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, creative directors, and other stakeholders.Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative design concepts that meet project requirements.Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.Salary- As per Interview + perksJob Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, FresherSalary: 15,000.00 - 25,376.98 per monthBenefits:Provident Fund
