Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, and utilize the findings to refine marketing strategies.

Create compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns, to engage target audiences.

Manage and maintain social media platforms, actively monitor social media trends, and engage with followers to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, banners, videos, and advertisements.

Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide recommendations for optimization.

Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead generation and conversion.

Coordinate and attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to represent the company and network with industry professionals.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing tools and techniques.

Work closely with internal teams, including product management and design, to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer-centric marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
