We are hiring compassionate and reliable Health Care Assistants to provide high-quality support to patients in home and hospital settings. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about caregiving and eager to gain hands-on experience in the healthcare field.Key Responsibilities1. Patient Care Support- Assisting patients with daily activities (bathing, dressing, toileting)- Helping with mobility & repositioning- Feeding & hydration support2. Monitoring & Reporting- Taking vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse)- Observing & reporting changes in patient condition to senior staff- Recording intake/output & other basic health metrics3. Clinical Assistance- Assisting with wound care & dressing changes- Supporting during medical examinations or minor procedures- Preparing equipment & maintaining a clean clinical environment4. Emotional & Social Support- Offering companionship & emotional reassurance- Communicating with patients & their families with empathy- Supporting mental well being, especially in elderly or long term care patients5.
