We are hiring compassionate and reliable Health Care Assistants to provide high-quality support to patients in home and hospital settings. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about caregiving and eager to gain hands-on experience in the healthcare field.

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Care Support

- Assisting patients with daily activities (bathing, dressing, toileting)

- Helping with mobility & repositioning

- Feeding & hydration support

2. Monitoring & Reporting

- Taking vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse)

- Observing & reporting changes in patient condition to senior staff

- Recording intake/output & other basic health metrics

3. Clinical Assistance

- Assisting with wound care & dressing changes

- Supporting during medical examinations or minor procedures

- Preparing equipment & maintaining a clean clinical environment

4. Emotional & Social Support

- Offering companionship & emotional reassurance

- Communicating with patients & their families with empathy

- Supporting mental well being, especially in elderly or long term care patients

5. Administrative Tasks

- Maintaining patient records

- Ensuring bed linens & patient areas are clean

- Managing basic supplies & stock in wards

Key skills required

Geriatric/elder care knowledge

Basic medical knowledge

Physical stamina

Attention to detail

Completion of ANM, GNM, or HCA training (preferred)

Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts

Kind, patient, and respectful attitude
