Education: Develop a deep understanding of various blockchain technology, and related products and services. Effectively communicate the benefits and potential of our offerings to potential customers and distributors.2. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue leads, as well as potential enthusiasts and investors through online platforms, social media, forums, and networking events.3. Sales and Closing: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers and distributors. Close sales and achieve individual and team sales targets in the market.4. Team Building: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of distributors with a focus on education, investment strategies, and network marketing techniques. Provide ongoing support, guidance, and motivation to help them achieve their sales goals.5. Networking and Community Building: Engage with blockchain communities, forums, and events to expand your professional network and generate leads. Foster relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders.6. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and team performance. Provide regular reports to management on progress and results.7. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on Company regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions. Ensure that all marketing efforts adhere to legal and ethical standards.Qualifications: Previous experience in network marketing like MLM Companies, trading, or related fields is preferred.
