Job Summary:

As a Network Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and advocating for our Company products and services through network marketing strategies. You will be responsible for building and nurturing a network of distributors, educating them about our company, and driving sales within this dynamic and rapidly evolving market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Education: Develop a deep understanding of various blockchain technology, and related products and services. Effectively communicate the benefits and potential of our offerings to potential customers and distributors.

2. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue leads, as well as potential enthusiasts and investors through online platforms, social media, forums, and networking events.

3. Sales and Closing: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers and distributors. Close sales and achieve individual and team sales targets in the market.

4. Team Building: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of distributors with a focus on education, investment strategies, and network marketing techniques. Provide ongoing support, guidance, and motivation to help them achieve their sales goals.

5. Networking and Community Building: Engage with blockchain communities, forums, and events to expand your professional network and generate leads. Foster relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders.

6. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and team performance. Provide regular reports to management on progress and results.

7. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on Company regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions. Ensure that all marketing efforts adhere to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in network marketing like MLM Companies, trading, or related fields is preferred.

Strong understanding of blockchain technology
