Implementation Executive is responsible for supporting quality Implementation of our SaaS platform to MSME / Enterprise clients. You will be reporting to the Implementation Manager in executing field Implementations at the client sites, which can be across India.Overview of the role: Deliver successful field Implementations of Maximls product at client location. On-field interaction with contract partners of the clients for training. Responsible of all administrative formalities required as per the norms of the factories or plant. Report any anomalies or bugs to the respective teams and ensure fast resolution. Understand processes and client requirements to conduct efficient training and smooth handover of the tool. Additionally, create suite of templates for different use cases basis team requirements.Requirements: Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Presentation. Excellent communication skills. Conversant in both Hindi & English. 0.5-2 years: Implementation/Delivery experience. On-field experience is a preferred
