Implementation Executive

Implementation Executive is responsible for supporting quality Implementation of our SaaS platform to MSME / Enterprise clients. You will be reporting to the Implementation Manager in executing field Implementations at the client sites, which can be across India

.

Overview of the role:

• Deliver successful field Implementations of Maximl’s product at client location.

• On-field interaction with contract partners of the clients for training.

• Responsible of all administrative formalities required as per the norms of the factories or plant.

• Report any anomalies or bugs to the respective teams and ensure fast resolution.

• Understand processes and client requirements to conduct efficient training and smooth handover of the tool.

• Additionally, create suite of templates for different use cases basis team requirements.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Presentation.

• Excellent communication skills. Conversant in both Hindi & English.

• -2 years: Implementation/Delivery experience. On-field experience is a preferred
