Roles & Responsibilities: To meet assigned sales targets and keep track of the targets on quarterly basis. Identify potential up sell opportunities within client base and work with relevant stakeholders to growopportunities. To identify the resources required and opportunities and with existing customer base, to acceleratebusiness volumes. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers via meetings/ personal visits, telephone callsand emails. Identify and establishes new sales accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers;planning and organizing sales call schedule, to expand product usage in the territory To prepare monthly meetings schedule based on quarterly target, along with RSM. Act as one point of contact for customers and for MAS Client retention and client servicing, along with revive lost accounts To provide follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with products and / or servicesprovided To follow up for dispatch, order booking and payment follow up etc.

About the Role:MAS Industries is seeking a motivated Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team at Turbhe. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in production or mechanical assembly. Youll get hands-on exposure to component manufacturing and quality processes.________________________________________Key Responsibilities: Assist in the assembly and testing of mechanical components. Support the quality inspection process using basic mechanical measuring tools. Maintain daily production records and assist in resolving minor shop floor issues. Assist in the commissioning, and routine maintenance of elevators. Learn to identify and troubleshoot basic electrical issues under supervision. Respond to service calls and breakdowns, supporting senior technicians on-site. Maintain accurate service records, checklists, and reports for all assigned tasks. Participate in training sessions on elevator technology, safety standards, and customer service. Ensure proper use and care of tools, equipment, and safety gear. Adhere to company safety protocols and support quality service delivery at every job site. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to report issues or updates. Support the team with any other tasks related to field service and maintenance.
