We are looking for a dedicated Sales Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of sales experience and hold a masters degree. This is a full-time remote position, and we encourage applications from male candidates.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Lead Generation:** Identify and develop new sales opportunities through research and networking to expand the customer base.- **Client Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.- **Sales Presentations:** Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services effectively.- **Sales Targets:** Achieve and exceed allocated sales targets by actively promoting products and closing sales deals.- **Market Research:** Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.- **Reporting:** Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to the management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.**Required Skills and Expectations:**The candidate must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to successfully engage with clients. An ability to work independently and manage time effectively is essential, as this is a remote position. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office is required for effective reporting and lead management. A results-driven mindset, coupled with a commitment to learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment, will be key to succeeding in this role. Understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management will be advantageous.
