We are looking for a dedicated Sales Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of sales experience and hold a master’s degree. This is a full-time remote position, and we encourage applications from male candidates.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Lead Generation:** Identify and develop new sales opportunities through research and networking to expand the customer base.
- **Client Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
- **Sales Presentations:** Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services effectively.
- **Sales Targets:** Achieve and exceed allocated sales targets by actively promoting products and closing sales deals.
- **Market Research:** Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- **Reporting:** Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to the management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

The candidate must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to successfully engage with clients. An ability to work independently and manage time effectively is essential, as this is a remote position. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office is required for effective reporting and lead management.
