Job description: Accounts ExecutiveThe accounts executive will be responsible for managing financial transactions and records for the company.Key Responsibilities: 1. Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable: Processing and tracking incoming and outgoing payments, reconciling accounts, and following up with customers or vendors to ensure payments are made or received on time.2. Maintaining financial records: Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.3. Preparing financial statements: Compiling financial data and preparing financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.4. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations: Staying up-to-date with accounting regulations and ensuring the company is following all applicable laws and regulations.5. Job Title: Sales Officer for Seeds CompanyJob Summary: The Sales Officer for our Company will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's seed products to customers. They will be responsible for developing sales strategies and implementing sales plans to achieve sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and providing excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
