job description: accounts executive
the accounts executive will be responsible for managing financial transactions and records for the company.
key responsibilities:
1. managing accounts payable and accounts receivable: processing and tracking incoming and outgoing payments, reconciling accounts, and following up with customers or vendors to ensure payments are made or received on time.
2. maintaining financial records: keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
3. preparing financial statements: compiling financial data and preparing financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
4. ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations: staying up-to-date with accounting regulations and ensuring the company is following all applicable laws and regulations.
5. supporting budgeting and forecasting: assist in developing and managing budgets and forecasts to ensure financial targets are met.
