Job Responsibilities:1. Outbound calls to insurances for claim status and eligibility verification.2. Calling the insurance carriers based on the appointment received by the clients.3. Calling insurance companies to get the status of the unpaid claims.4. Willing to work in any process pertaining to voice based on the requirement.5. Maintain the individual daily logs.6. Performs assigned tasks/ completes targets with speed and accuracy as per client SLAs.7. Work cohesively in a team setting, Assist team members to achieve shared goals.8. Communication / Issue escalation to seniors if there is any in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities: Market Research & Analysis Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the pharmaceutical sector. Analyze market data to develop targeted marketing strategies for castor oil products.Marketing Strategy & Campaigns: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote pharmaceutical-grade castor oil products. Design and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and product demand. Collaborate with the sales team to create product positioning strategies that align with market trends.Content Creation & Management: Create engaging marketing content including brochures, presentations, product descriptions, and promotional materials. Manage social media platforms and online marketing efforts to enhance brand presence.Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and distributors in the pharmaceutical industry. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the companys products.Sales Support: Assist the sales team with lead generation, product demonstrations, and client presentations. Monitor sales performance and gather feedback to improve marketing strategies.Reporting & Analysis: Track marketing campaign performance and prepare regular reports for management. Measure ROI of marketing initiatives and suggest improvements based on data insights.Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmaceuticals, or a related field. 4-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or specialty oils industry. Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and strategies. Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and/ or Greater Ahmedabad Area (GAA) dynamics and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
