All lab technicians shall perform duties across divisions as per the documented testing processes in the SOPs They all shall perform duty in accordance to good lab practices and align with NABL work flow protocols. They shall follow the basic lab safety measures at all times during the working hours They shall perform Phlebotomy duty. They shall perform all routine analysis, enter the values in appropriate registers and the system and get it verified by the senior technicians before releasing the reports. In case of any glitch during test performance, they shall inform to senior technicians / section heads to resolve the same They shall verify any abnormal test reports with senior staff before relaying the report to doctors or nurses and before entering the abnormal/ critical values in the system, they shall verify with the person who had performed the analysis They shall not relay any reports to any patients over phone to maintain the confidentiality of reports. After releasing the reports they shall get it verified by the senior technicians before dispatch They shall adhere to the stipulated duty roster and be punctual about duty timings. In case of emergency duty offs or leave, shall inform the lab coordinator and/or lab Head well in advance. They shall take active part in departmental meetings and educational activities as part of NABL and be aware of the necessary components of Quality Management system. All are requested to maintain professional conduct and refrain from any unethical activity that would compromise the quality of work and reputation of the lab Shall perform daily maintenance of equipment and login of temperatures for heating and cooling elements in the lab Shall receive the samples and acknowledge the receipt in the laboratory

Job Summary: Staff nurse is responsible for providing complete and continuous patient care to one patient or group of patients assigned to her/him during her/him during duty shift in coordination with the Doctors. Duties and Responsibilities:1. Bed making with clean sheets (torn sheets should be labeled and kept in the linen room for condemnation with the help of housekeeping staff.2. Gives bed pan to the patient whenever required by the patient.3. Receives patients in the ward after admission.4. Informs the Concerned consultant regarding the arrival of patient and condition of the patient.5. Perform routine duties of carrying out Doctors instructions.6. Checks vital signs of inpatients on a regular basis.7. Coordinates patients investigation with the respective department as per the Doctors order.8. Assists duty doctor in performing routine procedures.9. Indent, medicines required for the nursing station and ensure the standard stock is maintained all the time.10. Check the expiry date of the drugs once in a week and replace with fresh stock.

Collect and tag specimens exactly as outlined in each medical requisitionDevelop effective collection techniques as they relate to groups such as pediatric and geriatric patientsProperly package each specimen and ensure that every specimen is delivered to the laboratory on timeMaintain an organized and clean work area based on state health laws and the guidelines of our medical organizationAnswer patient questions regarding collection techniques and offer additional resources on the collection process if a patient requests them

Plan and conduct complex projects in basic and applied research.Manage laboratory teams and monitor the quality of their work.Isolate, analyze, and synthesize proteins, fats, DNA, and other molecules.Research the effects of substances such as drugs, hormones, and nutrients on tissues and biological processes.

1. Compounding & dispensing for indoor & outdoor patient department.2. . Preparation & sterilization of inject able medicine.4. Filling & labeling of medical containers.5. Proper dispensing of narcotic medicine.6. Proper maintenance of records of narcotic medicine.7. Maintains of sufficient stock of antidote for poisoning & emergency medicine.8. Checking of the quality of the sources of purchase of all medicine, chemicals antibiotics, biological products & other pharmaceutical preparation.9. Detailing about medicine to physicians, internees & nurses etc.10. Maintainers of proper system of all records.11. Keeping controls over requisition & dispensing of all medicine.12. Planning & executing the pharmacy & therapeutic committee.13. Cooperating in the teaching program.14. Implementation of decision of pharmacy & therapeutic committee.15. Preparation of periodic report, annual report & budget etc.
