We are looking for a dedicated Factory Helper to join our team in Mohali. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers who have completed their 10th grade. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Assisting Machine Operators**: Support machine operators in the manufacturing process by preparing materials and ensuring machines are stocked efficiently.- **Material Handling**: Move raw materials and finished products to designated areas within the factory, ensuring proper storage and organization.- **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Maintain cleanliness in the work area by regularly cleaning machines and workspaces to ensure a safe and tidy environment.- **Quality Checks**: Assist in checking the quality of products during the manufacturing process, ensuring only the best items proceed to the next stage.- **Following Safety Procedures**: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for everyone.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- Must have completed at least the 10th grade.- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team.- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality output.- Physical stamina to handle manual tasks and lift heavy objects, if necessary.- Basic understanding of safety practices in a factory setting is preferred.- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed.
