We are looking for a dedicated Factory Helper to join our team in Mohali. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers who have completed their 10th grade.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Assisting Machine Operators**: Support machine operators in the manufacturing process by preparing materials and ensuring machines are stocked efficiently.

- **Material Handling**: Move raw materials and finished products to designated areas within the factory, ensuring proper storage and organization.

- **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Maintain cleanliness in the work area by regularly cleaning machines and workspaces to ensure a safe and tidy environment.

- **Quality Checks**: Assist in checking the quality of products during the manufacturing process, ensuring only the best items proceed to the next stage.

- **Following Safety Procedures**: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for everyone.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Must have completed at least the 10th grade.
