The HR Executive supports and manages various HR functions, ensuring smooth daily operations, fostering a positive work environment, and acting as a key link between employees and management, focused on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational compliance. Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, handle grievances, and manage disciplinary procedures.Performance Management: Implement performance review systems (e.g., quarterly, annual reviews) and support development plans.Policy & Compliance: Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.Training & Development: Assess training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.Compensation & Benefits: Administer employee benefits and potentially design compensation packages.HR Operations: Maintain HR records, manage HRIS/ATS systems, and oversee daily HR department activities.Culture & Engagement: Support initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and build a positive culture. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.Proven experience in an HR role.Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
