Position: International Sales Team LeadIndustry: FMCG / Food & Agro ProductsLocation: BhopalReports to: Director Exports / VP International BusinessRole Summary:We are seeking a high-performing and experienced International Sales Team Lead to manageand drive our sales operations across international markets. This role requires a strategic leaderwith a strong understanding of global FMCG trade, team leadership experience, and a passion forgrowing market share in food/agro product segments.Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate the international sales team to achieve sales targets andregional business goals Set individual and team KPIs and monitor performance regularly Develop sales strategies and expansion plans for targeted regions (Middle East, Africa,Southeast Asia, Europe, etc.) Identify, onboard, and manage international distributors, importers, and strategic partners Conduct regular team reviews, provide coaching, and ensure product and marketknowledge across the team Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, production, documentation, logistics) forseamless order execution Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing to adapt strategies as needed Drive participation in international exhibitions and buyer meetings, representing thecompany and mentoring junior team members Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and budgeting for the international business unitCandidate Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, International Marketing, orrelated field 610 years of experience in international FMCG/Food sales, with at least 23 years ina team lead or managerial role Proven track record of building and leading high-performance sales teams Strong understanding of distribution models, export documentation, and compliance Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel internationally as per business needs Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and reporting tools

Job Responsibilities:1. Maintaining Business Relations with the clients(Existing; Pre-Existing, as well as new); pitching clients for the sale purpose; tele-calling; Solving their queries, and problems;2. Daily Follow-Up Sheet- With Sales Staff.3. Processing Tour Advance Of Sales Staff.4. Sample Report/ Coordination for Samples- forwarding Courrier Receipts.5. Calling Dealers as per FMS requirements.6. Updating FMS requirements.7. Quotation confirmation from dealers, and brokers.8. Follow up for freight confirmation from party, broker for dispatch.9. MISC Reports.10. Clarification to Sales staff on stocks, prices/ Clarification with factory on stock position.11. Preparing excel file of competitors comparison, preparing Google sheets- cut-wise Sales, variant-wise Sales, detailed sales data, daily reports, stock sheets. 12. GoodCommunication Skills Required.13. Should be good with calculation14.
