Currently, we are looking for a Senior - Social Expert. Aspiring candidates must have completed MSW/ MA ( Development studies) with a specialization in Social Impact Assessments, Social Returns on Investment (SROI), Impact Assessment and Sustainability Reporting. A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant working experience is required. The position deals with the assessment, evaluation, and design of CSR Sustainability/ Development Programs. The following are the basic requirements to be met:1. Experience in Socio- environmental projects, dealing with industrial impact on community and stakeholder mapping and engagement social risk management.2. Socio-economic baseline/situational assessment studies, livelihood assessments water and natural resources management from a community and institutional converges linkages.3. Perception risk assessments, development deployment of IEC tools 4. Undertaking research projects experience in statistical packages and data interpretationThe candidate also should have gross root level social development /NGO experience. should demonstrate a high level of English both spoken and written.
