Social Worker

Currently, we are looking for a Senior - Social Expert. Aspiring candidates must have completed MSW/ MA ( Development studies) with a specialization in Social Impact Assessments, Social Returns on Investment (SROI), Impact Assessment and Sustainability Reporting. A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant working experience is required.

The position deals with the assessment, evaluation, and design of CSR – Sustainability/ Development Programs. The following are the basic requirements to be met:

1. Experience in Socio- environmental projects, dealing with industrial impact on community and stakeholder mapping and engagement – social risk management.

2. Socio-economic baseline/situational assessment studies, livelihood assessments – water and natural resources management from a community and institutional converges – linkages.

3. Perception risk assessments, development deployment of IEC tools

4. Undertaking research projects – experience in statistical packages and data interpretation

The candidate also should have gross root level social development /NGO experience. should demonstrate a high level of English both spoken and written. Female candidates are requested to apply
