We are looking for a skilled AC Technician to join our team in Madurai. The ideal candidate should have experience ranging from 1 to 6 years and hold an I.T.I. certification in relevant fields. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Installation of Air Conditioning Units:** You will be responsible for installing new AC systems in residential and commercial settings, ensuring all units are set up correctly and efficiently.- **Repair and Maintenance:** Regularly conduct repairs and preventive maintenance on various AC units, identifying issues and making necessary adjustments to ensure proper functioning.- **Diagnostic Testing:** Perform diagnostic tests on malfunctioning systems to determine the source of problems and recommend appropriate solutions.- **Customer Interaction:** Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and explain repair processes or installation details clearly.- **Compliance with Safety Standards:** Follow all safety guidelines and regulations while working on electrical and HVAC systems to ensure a safe work environment.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- Proven experience as an AC Technician, demonstrating knowledge in installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively under pressure.- Excellent communication skills, especially when interacting with clients and explaining technical concepts.- Attention to detail to ensure all work is completed to high standards.- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, adapting to different work environments.- A valid I.T.I. certification related to HVAC or electrical fields.

Sales & Customer Managemento Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targetso Handle walk-in customers, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfactiono Implement promotions and marketing campaigns in-store4. Inventory & Stock Controlo Maintain stock levels and reorder products on timeo Ensure proper documentation of sales and inventory5. Coordination & Reportingo Coordinate with installation, service, and field teamso Prepare reports for management on sales, performance, and inventory6. Compliance & Standardso Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standardso Maintain cleanliness, safety, and professional appearance of the store.
