KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Store Operations Management
o Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail store
o Ensure showroom standards, display, and inventory are maintained
2. Team Management & Leadership
o Supervise, train, and motivate showroom staff
o Monitor staff performance & assign responsibilities
3. Sales & Customer Management
o Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
o Handle walk-in customers, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
o Implement promotions and marketing campaigns in-store
4. Inventory & Stock Control
o Maintain stock levels and reorder products on time
o Ensure proper documentation of sales and inventory
5. Coordination & Reporting
o Coordinate with installation, service, and field teams
o Prepare reports for management on sales, performance, and inventory
6. Compliance & Standards
o Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards
o Maintain cleanliness, safety, and professional appearance of the store.
