We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Area Sales Officer to join our sales team and contribute to our growth in Bolangir and their border districts.Job Description:As a Sales Officer at Ruchak India Snacks, you will play a critical role in achieving and surpassing sales targets within your designated area. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders, driving product visibility, and ensuring the availability of Ruchak snacks in the market.Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for the assigned territory. Expand the distribution network by appointing new retailers and distributors. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retailers and distributors. Generate orders from retailers and distributors, ensuring timely delivery of products. Ensure proper merchandising and visibility of products at retail outlets. Gather market information on competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales figures, market feedback, and competitor analysis. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure adequate stock levels at distributor points. Provide excellent customer service to retailers and distributors.Skills: Strong understanding of the FMCG distribution landscape, particularly in the snacks and namkeen category. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships

-Order taking from Retail/Wholesale outlets on daily basis-Must have ability to achieve the given sales target-Co-ordinate with the teams for smooth delivery of materialsTA/DA-Extra*(*T&C applied)

SALES OFFICERWe are looking for SALES OFFICER to join our growing team of RUCHAK, INDIA, who can take the responsibility for creating FMCG distributors, calling prospective customers, explaining our product, and guiding them through their purchase process.Salary- 15K-18KExperience: 2-4 years in FMCG Food & Beverage sector Responsibilities: Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers Generate new customer leads through various channels Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities in the geography assigned Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned to him/her, for various products and services Update all the daily activities in our official mobile application. Promote specific products as directed by upper management Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity report and calls/follow-ups madeSkills Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude Proficient in using Sales Application Proven track record in sales environment Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
