HR Head Roles and Responsibilities- Responsible to manage and execute the HR systems in the organization- To manage and set all the Departments and their work in the Organization- To bridge the gap which are there in the existing systems and process of all the Departments- Plan and develop new ways and strategies for the replacement of the existing systems and processes- Make the Team members more productive and efficient- Check and Submit timely reports of all the team members and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned- Will be responsible to manage and execute the new systems, formats and process in the Organization - Organizing training & Development sessions for employee- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies- Managing and orienting employeesRequirements:- MBA in HR Preferred- Excellent Spoken and Written English- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office- Should know to prepare presentations- Excellent inter-personnel, analytical, problem solving skills- Should be a multitasker- Self-motivated, goal oriented- Ability to work in high pressure environment
