GEM Portal Expert Responsibilities -GeM Account Maintenance- Keeping the GeM Accounts up to date and regularly monitoring any updates made available on the GeM PortalGeM BidMining of Tenders / GeM Bid document related to Company's Business Basket on GeM PortalCollating all the available GeM Bids which are live /published by various Government Departments on GeM PortalReviewing the Terms and Conditions of the all the collated bid documents and identifying the bid documents wherein the relevant Group Company can bid based on the Eligibility Criteria and GeM Terms & ConditionsPreparation of the Online and Offline Bids for submissionSubmitting of Representations and Clarifications on behalf of the Company for related BidsKeeping a track on the Bid Process of each Bid and accordingly take appropriate actionOrder Processing and Invoice Generation on GeM PortalCoordinating and Communicating with the client counterpart for completion of the GeM Bid & GeM Order ProcessesCoordinating with the Company's Accounts Team and also with the Client Counterpart for submission or release of EMD, Performance Security & other financial matters related to GeM Portal or BidsProduct UploadIdentification of the Category wherein Company's product could be uploadedIdentification of the Technical Specifications of the Product as per the GeM TemplateUploading of the necessary details and coordinating with the OEM & GeM Team for successful publishing of the product on GeM PortalRegularly monitoring the receipt of Orders and Stock Status of all the products uploaded on GeM Portal for all the CompaniesOrder Processing and Invoice Generation on GeM Portal for Uploaded ProductsRequired SkillsSound Knowledge of GeM Processes & User Interface Buyer Side & Seller SideDocumentation, Email & Telephonic CommunicationKnowledge of various tools required for Tender or Bid SubmissionLetter Drafting skillsEnglish, Hindi language proficiency
