Role & Responsibility:-Teaching and Instruction:Delivering lectures, conducting practical demonstrations, and facilitating discussions.Using various teaching methods to enhance student understanding.Staying current with the latest clinical practices and incorporating them into curriculum.Mentoring and Support:Providing academic support and guidance to nursing students.Identifying learning needs and developing individualized learning plans.Serving as a mentor to students, helping them identify growth opportunities.Curriculum Development and Implementation:Contributing to the development and implementation of the nursing program.Preparing teaching materials and resources.Assessment and Evaluation:Reviewing student progress and providing feedback.Assessing student learning outcomes.Research and Professional Development:Staying up-to-date with advancements in nursing practice.Engaging in research activities and contributing to the field.Participating in professional development opportunities.Required Skills and Qualities:Strong teaching and communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and mentorship skills.Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices.Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Strong organizational and time management skills.A passion for nursing education and a commitment to student success.Job Type: Full-timePay: 15,000.00 - 20,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftWork Location: In person
