Teaching and Instruction:

Staying current with the latest clinical practices and incorporating them into curriculum.

Mentoring and Support:

Providing academic support and guidance to nursing students.

Identifying learning needs and developing individualized learning plans.

Serving as a mentor to students, helping them identify growth opportunities.

Curriculum Development and Implementation:

Contributing to the development and implementation of the nursing program.

Preparing teaching materials and resources.

Assessment and Evaluation:

Reviewing student progress and providing feedback.

Assessing student learning outcomes.

Research and Professional Development:

Staying up-to-date with advancements in nursing practice.

Engaging in research activities and contributing to the field.

Participating in professional development opportunities.
